Hi, my name is Timila! I am an advanced foot care professional, specializing in natural nails and foot wellness. I follow a 3 step aseptic cleaning routine. My structured manicures and medical pedicures are diabetic safe and provided in a private setting. Before booking your appointment, please take the time to read over the policies and procedures set in place to provide you with the experience that you expect and deserve. I look forward to seeing you! PS- I am not an acrylic nail tech. I do not offer or work with acrylic. Gel polish is used with all services with the exception of a pedicure. PAYMENTS: •Cash or card ONLY. There is a 5% fee to use your card. No cash app, cash app cards, or bank transfers. BOOKING: BE CONSIDERATE- If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so no less than 8 hours in advance. I understand that life happens(illness, kids, etc.) but please let me know ASAP in the event of an emergency. If you are sick or not feeling well, CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT! You will not be charged if you cancel your appointment at least 8 hours before your appointment starts, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the services booked. NAIL ART- nail art must be booked at the time you book your appointment. It can NOT be added afterwards due to time constraints. NO CHILDREN/EXTRA PEOPLE: No one will be allowed to accompany you during your appointment. If you arrive with guests or children, your appointment will be canceled immediately, and you will incur an inconvenience fee of $25. LATE FEE: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, and I am able to accommodate you, a late fee of $15 will be applied. However, if I am unable to accommodate you and need to reschedule due to your lateness, a fee of $25 will be incurred. Please be aware that after three occurrences of lateness, you will be prohibited from booking future appointments. NO SHOW POLICY: In the event that you fail to show up or do not contact me within the designated grace period, a service charge of 100% for the booked services will be applied. Additionally, you will be restricted from making any future appointments. I kindly request that you take responsibility for notifying me if you anticipate running behind schedule. DELAY COMPENSATION: Should I request you to arrive more than 15 minutes later than your scheduled appointment time, I will provide you with a $10 credit. This credit can be utilized during your next appointment, in the event that you need to reschedule due to my own tardiness.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
